Our forklift is 1.86m (W) x 3.91m (L) x 1.96m (H), can lift up to 2.7 tonnes, and 1 tonne when fully extended. With a reach of 6.1 meters high, 3.5 meters horizontally and a range of different attachments allowing us to tackle a wide range of jobs efficiently and effectively.
Our truck is very versatile. With the forklift onboard, it has a 7-tonne weight capacity and a 4.5-meter cartage space. Without the forklift, it can handle up to 13 tonnes and has an 8.4-meter cartage space, making it perfect for a range of delivery needs.
Wet hire refers to hiring equipment along with a skilled operator to handle the machinery. At Ballarat Mobile Forklifts, we only offer wet hire services, ensuring you have both the equipment and an experienced operator to get the job done efficiently and safely.
There is no minimum booking term, however, there is a 1-hour minimum charge.
We don’t have a strict maximum booking period, but we typically can’t commit to full-day or week-long bookings due to our regular deliveries. But feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to fit your needs!
We can offer a free estimated quote over the phone or via email from the job description provided by the customer. This can be subject to change in certain circumstances where the job takes more time than expected. For example, if a delivery truck is late or if our team is required for a longer period to unload/ install items.

We ideally require 2-4 days notice, however, we understand that in some cases this is not possible and will do our best to accommodate all bookings depending on availability.
Generally a 100km radius from Ballarat central but we can travel further — this is booking and cost dependant.
No, forklift and truck bookings are only available with a driver included to complete the works, no personal use is available.
Yes, our forklift can handle a variety of tasks with our range of attachments. We have a full 360-degree bin rotator, jib, 2.4m fork extensions, hay forks, and 450mm & 600mm augers, all of which allow for a wide range of applications.
